Spanish Cases Results, February 2018

On Monday the 12^th of March 2018 we received notice from the Spanish lawyers we were funding that the following cases were won/lost by our clients in Spain

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs C - £7,231.25 including legal costs

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs N who won  £8,713.80 including legal costs

We extend our congratulations to Mr T & Ms R - £16,074.00 including legal costs

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs G - £7,961.00 plus legal costs

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs S - £12,109 plus legal costs

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs D’s case was lost by order of the court on the 16/02/2018 accordingly their case floundered, however the cost of an appeal has been approved.

Mr K’s claim was refused by the Court 14/12/2017.  No appeal. accordingly, the case floundered, and an appeal has not been approved.

We extend our congratulations to Mr & Mrs J successful claim €17,408 plus legal interest.
