Who can apply for funding?

Funding applications are currently limited to consumers (not that of businesses or industry) for damage-based cases, whereby if the case is successful the consumer will be claiming a monitory sum in damages. The reason for this is that our roots are formerly entrenched in supporting consumers at every turn and against well-funded industry giants.

Litigation funding can also provide a cost-effective way for litigants and their instructed solicitors/lawyers to proceed with cases.

As litigation funding has been embraced by the legal profession, lawyers are obliged to explain funding exists, so consumers can take it into consideration when planning how to fund their case.

Funding can also be made available to lawyers wishing to manage their exposure to conditional fee arrangements in litigation work and finance against another consumer, litigation related risks, such as a portfolio of group claims or similar claims.
